Maine Sporting Camps: American Plan. Eleven rustic log cabins heated by either wood stoves or fireplaces. Each of the cabins offers a full bath with running hot and cold water and daily maid service. Home cooked meals and pastries are served in our spacious dining hall. Laundry room, boat and canoe rentals on the premises. Handicapped accessible. Children under 5 free.
The fishing season typically runs from early May to the end of September. For those who are anxious to begin fly fishing or improve their skills, we offer a fly fishing school taught by Bonnie Holding. Bonnie is a registered Maine Guide and a skilled instructor who has been fly fishing for over 15 years. The school is offered each spring. We are also offering a Hunter Safety School beginning this year. Tim Pond is a scenic two hour drive from either Portland or Bangor and is perfectly suited to a weekend getaway or a relaxing vacation. Packages are available for our fly fishing school, upland gamebird hunting, deer hunting and moose hunting. Please see our website for further details.
