Hundred twenty year old log cabin on Loon Lake, Rangeley, ME. The sunsets over Spotted Mountain can be seen from the front porch. Loons are protected by the no-motor boat regulations. The camp is on a one acre wooded lot and has 404 feet of lake shore. Dock with row boat, canoe and kayak. Swimming off of garnet encrusted rock. Excellent brook trout and salmon fishing. Hiking trails nearby. Sleeps 4 to 6. One bedroom, with double bed and bunk beds. The living room is the original 1887 camp contain a huge stone fire place and large picture window showing Loon Lake. The bed room, dining room, bathroom (hot water, tub with shower, flush toilet) and equipped kitchen (stove, sink, refrigerator) is part of the extension built in 1950. Water is from the spring-fed lake. Call for details.
